In such cases, we will communicate the revised scope of work and obtain your approval before proceeding. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We value your time and aim to arrive promptly for all scheduled appointments. However, appointment times are estimated and may be subject to delays due to prior jobs or unforeseen circumstances. We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless prior financing or alternative payment arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection efforts.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

• Manufacturer Warranties: Equipment and parts installed by Mast Services LLC are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in processing any warranty claims, but we do not dictate the terms of manufacturer warranties.
• Labor Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Labor guarantees will be explicitly outlined in your specific service agreement or invoice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mast Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or business interruption, unless such damages are directly caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
